The recipient is absent
If the recipient is not in place, we will contact you to discuss possible solutions. Courier will wait for the recipient for 5 minutes.
At your request, the courier can leave the order at the reception or pass it to the third person.
If you ordered a perishable item (for example, a bouquet or an edible gift), then the same day re-delivery is paid separately. If you reschedule the delivery to the next day, the store may require you to re-pay for a new order.

If the courier finds that the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, they will contact you or the recipient. If the attempt is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the store.
